You know your kid. We do the legwork: choosing the theme, the games and the food, and writing a plan for the day that fits your numbers. If you'd like us to shop as well, there's an optional box.
Tell us the basics
Your child's age, the theme they love, how many guests, your budget in AUD and the party date. If there's anything else we should know (a small backyard, a sibling who'll be there, a guest with allergies), add it in.
We write your plan
We build a personalised Party Plan: a theme, games pitched at your child's age (with the items you need for each), a food list with quantities for your guests, and a timed run-sheet for the day. It arrives as a PDF. Want printable games and favours for the kids too? Add the Printable Pack for $19.
Shop it, set up, enjoy
Take the shopping list to the shops you already use, or add a Party Box and we'll buy and post the decorations and supplies for you. Either way, keep the countdown checklist handy and the run-sheet on the fridge for the day itself.
Everything in your $39 Party Plan
Your plan is a personalised PDF you can print, forward to your partner or keep open on your phone. It's $39 per party, and it's also included in every Party Box. Here's what each section covers.
Invite design and wording
A design brief for the invite in your theme and colours, plus wording ready to copy into a text message or the class app. We prompt guests to mention allergies when they RSVP.
Countdown checklist
What to do and when, from sending invites three weeks out to setting up on the morning. It includes reminders that are easy to forget, like checking council rules if you're using a park.
Timed run-sheet for the day
Set-up to goodbyes, with a start time and minutes for every step: arrivals, each game, food, cake and the hand-out at the door. Energetic games go before food and quieter ones after, and there's a rain plan in case the weather turns.

Games, and what you need for each
Usually four games and a backup, chosen for your child's age and the space you have. Every game is listed with the ages it suits, how many minutes it takes, the items you need (with quantities for your guest count) and simple steps.

Food and cake
A themed menu that's nut-free by default, with quantities for your guest count and something for the grown-ups. The cake comes with a simple DIY option and a supermarket shortcut.
What's packed, and what you add
A full shopping list given as search terms for the shops you already use, built from the items in your games, with estimated costs against your budget. If you add a box, a checklist of everything we packed instead, plus the short list you still need: food, drinks and the cake.

Printable games and favours
Printable Pack, +$19Optional, and not part of the $39 plan. These are A4 files in your theme, ready to print at home or at a print shop.

What a game and a run-sheet look like

How it works
Bury the dinosaurs the night before. Each child digs one up with their brush and keeps it, so nobody goes home empty-handed.

Printable party games and guest favours that match your theme: bingo, mazes and colouring sheets for the kids, plus thank-you tags, name badges and treat-bag toppers to send them home with. Invites, signs and food labels too. A4, so print them at home or at a local print shop. They're an extra on top of the plan, and they're included in the Big Day Box.
Party Box, from $229 plus shipping
The themed decorations, tableware, game supplies and loot-bag bits for your party, shopped for and packed by us, with your plan inside. We buy everything after you pay. Order at least 14 days before the party, and expect about 7 to 10 business days from payment to your door. It doesn't include food, drinks or the cake.
We confirm your items are in stock before you pay, and send you the box total, shipping cost and arrival date first. If something sells out after that, we'll swap it for something similar in your theme and let you know.
